O'Bryan "OB" Hearn

I have been a personal trainer since 2013 and I absolutely love what I do.
Like most people, I also struggled with bad habits that I managed to overcome. I wasn't leading a healthy lifestyle and started having health concerns. I knew a change needed to be made when my son was born and my health was in jeopardy. My starting weight was 245 lbs and now I'm maintaining at 175 lbs. I continue to live by the 3 D's: Determination, Dedication, and Discipline. I'm excited to share my story, and with my support you will have your own success story too!
